Claimed	Rotating superconducting disks can shield 2% of gravity. Parallel plate capacitors can shield gravity. Flowing dense fluids in pipes wrapped around a torus can create a repulsive gravitational field. The U.S. government possesses crashed UFOs, including at Roswell, and has reverse-engineered antigravity technology at facilities like S4 near Area 51.
Evidence / consensus	No antigravity device has been demonstrated or replicated. The Biefeld-Brown effect is explained by ion propulsion, and gyroscopic inertial thrusters produce no thrust in vacuum. CERN's ALPHA-g experiment showed antimatter falls downward, not upward. The weak equivalence principle is confirmed to high precision, and no negative mass is known.
