Summary	The Hutchison Effect is a claimed set of anomalous phenomena, including levitation, metal jellification, and cold fusion, allegedly produced by John Hutchison using chaotic electromagnetic fields. Claimed	Objects levitate or move horizontally under the influence of combined electromagnetic fields. Metals can become jelly-like, bend, or fuse with other materials without heat. The effect involves scalar waves, zero-point energy, or other exotic physics. The US military or other agencies have secretly investigated the effect for propulsion or weaponization.
