Claimed	Sirhan was hypnotically programmed to shoot Kennedy, possibly as part of a CIA mind control experiment. Under hypnosis, Sirhan recalled being in 'range mode' and seeing targets, indicating he was not aware he was shooting a real person. He was manipulated by a girl in a polka-dot dress who triggered his programming.
